I am a live in landlord who spends limited time in the house due to work commitments. I have my own space as I use the en-suite bedroom, therefore the only shared place in the house with me would be the fully fitted Kitchen/Diner which is fairly big in size.Both bedrooms are furnished, and the house has a reasonable size bathroom and a separate WC downstairs. The property is very clean, it is a modern new build 3 bedroom house, with a small garden and a separate allocated parking space.This property has very good road/bus/rail links, and is within close proximaty to the city centre, JLR, and Peugeot Head office. It includes all of the bills in the monthly rental amount. It further benefits from gas central heating & double glazing throughout.Ideally looking for female flatmates who want to live in a clean and respected home who are friendly and easy going.
