We have few rooms available in 2 of our Houses. Walkable distance to Parramatta Station the City is second largest in NSW - 20-35 minutes by very frequent metro trains.Very suitable for new immigrants/work visa holders or Students or short term visitors from India. It is in a family environment and when new immigrants need advice we can have a friendly chat and previous tenants got into jobs or students settled - Period of tenancy can be negotiated for long term - 6 months/ one year/
