City that I rent out regularly. I am located about a mile southwest of the University
of Pennsylvania and two blocks from a trolley line that takes you to Penn (8 min ride) and to Center City. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
Your room would be on the third floor and is furnished with a bed, a desk,
and a closet. You would have use of the adjacent bathroom. There is wireless internet through out the house. The kitchen (on the first floor) and laundry in the basement would be shared with my family (I, and two children, aged 12 & 9).">
