I have an independent bedroom available to rent in a beautiful 3 bedroom house (3369 sq. ft) with a two and a half bath located in East Plano. There will be a total of 3 people living in the house. There is plenty of car parking available outside the house. The neighborhood is high class with lot of Indian families. It is less than a mile away from I-75, Wal-Mart, Lowes, Sams Club, ATM, Gas Stations. You will ONLY need to sign a month to month lease. I will charge one month deposit ($550) and one month rent ($550) in advance. You will have to give a one month notice and I will refund you the deposit (minus the utility expenses for that month) in cash on the day you leave. The room is available for singles including male or female. The rent is very affordable ($550 per month + Utilities) and is the lowest that you can get in the Plano area.
