Need Sharing basis decent Male roommate at Opposite Bank Of Maharashtra, Bavdhan. Rent: Rs.12500.My current roommate shifted to another city So looking for decent 1 roomie who is non alcoholic/non smoker. I have 2 Bhk flat with 2 bathroom,2 Balcony,Covered Parking. Current room rent is 12.5K,Deposit is 40k,I have person who cook food,clean clothes and room currently. Looking for reliable roommate who can share these expense with me.Contract need to be remade once someone come and its must. I am paying 3k for cleaning,food and clothes right now.So please call me only if you are suitable with all expenses.
