Colleges like SP college, Muktangan, VIT Engineering, Bharati Vidyapeeth , and PICT are very accessible from this location and within ten mins of driving distance. Hence there are certain rules to be followed, like no late nights, no male friends shall be allowed. The paying guest accommodation is either available on a twin sharing basis (Rs. Three Thousand each) or on single occupancy basis. (Rs. Five Thousand & Five Hundred each).Six Months rent will be the deposit. The notice period will be for two months. The PG accommodation is available immediately.
