I'm searching for a female flatmate, preferably working, from 1st march onwards. Spacious for two people, 1 bhk in KP lane 7, 6k rent and 15k deposit, no brokerage. Hall can be converted into make shift room for second person. Furnished flat, with 3 balconies, in a chilled out society. Looking for someone chill, no issues with friends coming over/drinking/smoking. Won't be any house parties, or disturbance though, peaceful place.Also open to shifting to a flat in kp/kalyani nagar, single occupancy room, furnished not necessary, budget upto 8k.
