In my 4 BHK apartment, I live in one bedroom and want to give other three bedrooms on rent on PG basis. The entire flat including each room is fully furnished with all the furniture, appliances etc. Kitchen is fully equipped with water purifier, microwave oven, gas stove with cylinder, utensils etc. Each bedroom contains a wooden bed, wardrobe, fan, tubelight, curtains etc. Smaller rooms are available at 5000 and there is a bigger room with attached terrace at 6000. The flat contains two bathrooms and three toilets. They are conveniently located immediately next to your room. Rent includes electricity bill, sweeping/mopping of rooms and washing of clothes by a maid servant. Wi-fi and food are available at extra cost. Use of kitchen for making of tea/coffee is complementary (material will be yours). No timing restrictions. You will get a copy of the main door latch key. There is a refundable security deposit of Rs.10,000 per head.
