Accommodation available for 1 guy in a fully furnished 3BHK flat at Baner (near Food Bazaar) on sharing basis from 18th July 15.Hi,We need one male roommate for a fully furnished 3bhk flat on sharing basis near Food Bazaar, Baner. It’s a peaceful society located in posh area with close proximity to all necessities like ATM’s, Grocery Shop, Drugstore, Restaurants, etc. Bus points of all the major IT companies are at walkable distance. (100-150 mts). It’s a spacious flat with attached balcony and each room have separate toilet attached to it. Amenities available are-* TV with Tata Sky connection* High speed broadband internet* Fridge* Fully automatic Washing Machine* Mixer* Gas Connection and Kitchen setup* Geyser fitted in each bathroom with Jaguar Fittings* CFLs and fans fitted in hall, Tube lights and fans fitted in all rooms* Maid comes for cleaning and washing utensils* Cook comes twice a day i.e. for lunch and dinner.
