You will have your own room and bathroom. Has a bed, 2 nightstands and a closet. The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath, I and my husband live in the apartment and have the second room to spare. Bedrooms are separated by a common hall/dining and open kitchen (can be shared). The apartment is in a beautiful community with good amenities - pool, spa, clubhouse, gym and laundry room. Uncovered parking lot inside the property can be used. Has to pay rent on time and utilities can be shared. Apartment is 5 min walk from Albertsons, CVS, burger king.
