I’m looking for a flat mate (my current one is leaving town). We have a 3 bedroom house with 3 attached bathrooms in Sarvapriya Vihar (near Panchsheel Park). The 3rd / guest room is intended to stay empty for storage and occasional guests.It’s fully furnished, equipped with a 400+ litre fridge, sofas, AC in all the rooms (bedrooms + living areas), top end washing machine, inverter back up, Airtel broadband and Tata sky. All the bedrooms have wooden flooring.The living room has a balcony with a bar counter outside and both the main bedrooms have small attached balconies.The kitchen is a super modern modular kitchen and the room outside it has an AC which is awesome for cooking even in the summer. We have a regular part time who serves us breakfast, cleans the house and does the laundry during the day. She leaves dinner for us in the fridge. She has a large repertoire from regular home-style Indian to shepherd’s pie, pastas and roast chicken.The rent is 62,000 per month for the whole place which I expect to share equally with only one female flatmate.The deposit for the landlord is 60k each.
