It is only two MRT stations away (10 mins) from the world best Singapore Changi Airport and 8 stations (30mins) to downtown Marina Bay, Esplanade, Orchard, future two Integrated Resort cum Casino ready in 2009. Condo facilities includes Olympic sized swimming pool, well equipped Gym, Jacuzzi pool, hot Sauna, 4 x Tennis courts, 1 x Basketball/Badminton court, 1 x street Football court, 3 x Squashcourts, Mini-mart, Unisex Hair salon, Exercise fitness corners, BBQ Pit for private function, golf putting green and also a 1.2km tropical jogging tracks. You will be issued a Melville Park Membership cum Security card for acess to the resort as well as for the access use of the facilities.
From S$1000 per month, all our rooms are fully furnished with WIFI-wireless broadband INTERNET leased from StarHub.,cable TV,fully airconed,furnished with King or Queen-sized or single beds + dressing table, wardrobes, TV, DVD*, Mini-Fridge*, office table and chair, towels etc. The shared common areas are the Dining/Living Hall, Kitchen with fully equipped appliances & utensils provided, self help laundry area with washing machine and drying area.
There will be no agent fees and no owner stay.
