Master bedroom available from Jan 1 at Normanton Park (somewhere in the vicinity of Queenstown, Buona Vista and Kent Ridge :) ) and walking distance from NUS/Singapore Science Park. 3 guys currently in the house. One of our housemates had to leave Singapore temporarily and his room is available for up to 6 months. We'd like an easygoing professional/student as a housemate(s). The rent we are looking at is $1250 for 1 person and $1350 for 2 (negotiable).The master bedroom is very spacious with an attached toilet, airconditioning and a 42' LCD TV with cable connection. The condo has a basketball court, tennis courts, football pitch and a swimming pool (as far as we have figured out). It is also right beside Kent Ridge National Park and offers really awesome views and jogging tracks.
