A beautiful, well-furnished house. People who are just looking for a room to stay in, please don't bargain or contact me.A common room in yishun, block 167, area in meters is bigger than the master bedroom itself. The location is peaceful and quiet, and also very windy. A great view from the room. Calm and soothing wine red painted room, complementing the mocha brown ceiling with adjustable wall bed lights. Parquet flooring to keep the room cool. Mini fridge in room to place drinks and food. 42 inch Samsung LCD TV. DVD included. Air-conditioned. Standing Fan included. 1 massive built in sliding wardrobe and 1 normal cupboard placed beside the Queen sized bed. Bed is covered with plastic and sheet protector to ensure hygiene and cleanliness. Heavy cooking is prior to twice a month. Light cooking is welcome anytime. 2 stops from the mrt station or 5 minutes’ walk. Coffee shop and 2 mini marts are available in the 50m area. Clean and cheerful family and environment. We’re an Indian family with 1 dad which is working, 1 mom who is a housewife. 23 year old sister is a student. 22 year old son also a student. 10 year old is a son is a student as well. 2 tenants allowed, (male, female, couples)No agents, No lowballers. Questions are welcomed, previous tenant was paying $950. We expect somewhat the same price range. Hope to hear from you guys soon.
