Hi All, ** No Agent Fee** I have one common/Guest room to rent in nice environment and a very good location. Complete designer kitchen setup with lots of storage. Cooking hob and hood, microwave oven, basin sink. Comfortably sized bathroom comes fully equipped with hot-water storage tank, sink and mirror-cabinet, standing shower bath. There is also a 6.5kg laundry washer and a 5kg laundry dryer. Overall design more akin to a very cosy condo apartment setup. Front door is equipped with a Samsung Digital Door Bolt-Locking System that is accessed via number keypad password or access keycard, so there is no need for physical keys. Excellent location as Braddell MRT is 4-5 minutes walk away, and Toa Payoh Central MRT is less than 10 mins walk. Bus-stop just 1 minute walk away and city is 10-15 mints away by public transports. Hawker food centre/market is in front of the block, lots of other coffee shops and eateries within 200m radius. The abode is extremely well maintained and taken care.
