I am primarily looking for the following two options in a condo/executive condo:-a) Fully furnished big common room with attached / dedicated bathroom preferably within a 2 BHK unit. Owner/other rent may be staying in the master bedroom.b) Fully furnished master bedroom with attached bathroom.I am looking for service apartment like facilities within the rented unit which could include:-a) Fully furnished with AC. Bed with proper mattress in the room. Table and chair should be present in the room so that I can work with my laptop on it.b) Cooking should be allowed.c) High speed WIFI must be present and it must be usable without restrictionsd) Refrigerator, Washer & Dryer, Microwave and kitchen utensils should be available for free usage without restrictionse) Optional free room service/ maid serviceAmenities which I am looking for around/within the condo:-a) Swimming pool access without additional costb) Gym/fitness center access without additional costc) Hawkers center &/or food court must be very close to the place. At most 5 to 10 minutes walk is acceptable.d) Supermarkets like NTUC Fair price should be nearby & walkablee) MRT should be close. If MRT is not walkable, Bus connectivity to the MRT must be present. Bus stop must be close by. 5 minutes walk to bus stop is acceptable.f) Good locality to stay with absolutely no security issues and good reach ability
