Hi, We have a room for rent, at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8. Details as follows: -Attached bathroom newly renovated, comes with full new set of bathroom accessories and water heater. Switches have also been just changed. -Iron Cot with new queen sized mattress-3 door wardrobe-Dressing table-Bedside table-Curtains-Fan provided-Free wifi-Cooking is allowed. We have newly renovated our kitchen as well, with lovely kitchen cabinets. However, only vegetarian cooking is allowed. Feel free to use the microwave oven and the fridge. -Washing machine is also provided. -Whole house has been newly paintedAccessibility: -Well connected by train and bus to various important locations. -Feeder service/10 minute walk to Bukit Batok MRT-Indian grocery shops nearbyWe're looking to rent the room to (preferably) an Indian couple(since we're Indians) or a single Indian lady. You needn't be vegetarian, but please note that we only allow vegetarian cooking at home. We're sorry but we don't wish to rent to couples with children. Asking for: $900 + utilitiesThanks.
