Hello,I have a spare room to rent out as my family is away.i am looking to rent out the common room with furnishings like bed /wardrobe, ceiling fan and internet. shared bathroom.The room has a very good unblocked view of the Greenery. There is a basket ball court and a tennis court as well. We are on the 10th floor so it is very breezy and there is a Standing fan as well. AC can be arranged for as well for long term casesWe prefer someone who does not cook at home. There are food courts downstairs with indian/chinese/western and malay food.It is 2 minutes walk to segar road lrt.There are direct buses to Orchard, bugis, shenton way, sentosa and other areas.Guests are not encouragedThe location is at segar road. do reply back if interested
