Hi everyone! I have one master room to rent out by the end of this month. It is a Condo called Smart Suits that located at 302 Sims Avenue (Geylang lorong 27), which is just opposite Aljunied MRT station (3 mins of walking). Moreover, there is a 24hrs 7-eleven, clinics, restaurants and food court just opposite this place.This unit consists of 4 rooms in total and 3 rooms have been occupied by 3 JCUS students. A lot of JCUS students are staying in this Condo because it is very convenient and near to the Jcu Sims Drive campus ( 10 mins walking time). Regarding the room, it is clean, airy and with air con. The toilet is inside the room, fully equipped and it is pretty spacious. There is also a swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym in the apartment.
