I am looking for a flat mate to move-in, after 2nd May. The room is furnished with a bed and a new mattress and has inbuilt ward robe. The flat is fully furnished except a T.V. It is located in a nice and quiet street. Very close to the tram stop, Chapel Street and 2 tram stops away from the South Yarra train station (takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to the train station). Very convenient for those working in the city as three train lines go through South Yarra and all trains stop here. I am working in an IT company in the City. I prefer someone who doesn''t have problems keeping the place clean and sharing the house duties. I do not smoke and want someone who doesn''t smoke. And no pets please.
