I am looking for a FEMALE only to share a room in my 2 bedroom apartment Apt Name : The Ponite From 1st August 2017.You just need to share the rent which will be 1500$. I Rest I will pay. You can use all the facilities at my home. No luggaged other then your personal items allowed.You need to pay if you would like to move out before 6 months.Strict rules :Guests allowed only weekend. ( only Parents can accommodate)No disturbance after 9 pm as I have a young kid.Must be responsible ,well-behaved, disciplined
