Two rooms available, 500.00 each room. Top floor of a house in family neighborhood. Includes your utilities, wifi, Netflix on our tvs laundry once a week.Shared kitchen, Washroom and two living rooms with large flat-screen tvs for movie nights. Large dining room table for school projects.Myself and my roommate both work in North Vancouver, we commute daily, we're up at 5am, I leave the house at 730 to the park and ride, so if you need a ride we can carpool. We're home around 7pm and generally in bed by 10,11pm. My weekends are away for the most part.We do have dogs, there all over ten so they mostly sleep. They all stay downstairs and only one Ventures upstairs from time to time.We rarely have guests over, maybe on special occasions, generally we go to families homes vs them coming over.Looking for responsible students to share our space.
