The studio which is located in Parramatta/ Annadale. Very convenient to access city via any buses which are passing by parramatta road. I have plan go to oversea for work. So, I have to rent this studio. I've already move out, you can move into this studio anytime is possible.
Rent fees is 350 per week. Bill and electrcity fees $ 2 dollar per week/per person
It is fully furnitures studio. Include double bed, wardrobe, drawer, TV, DVD, dining table,bookshelf, kitchen equipment, microwave, oven, Refrigerator, kettle... ect.
