We are a North Indian couple (no kids) both working in the city. We live in a beautiful and spacious 2 bed 2 bath, 2 balcony,1 car park apartment at hassal street, parramatta. We would like to sub rent out second room to decent single/couple. It's a very spacious room with beautiful views from the window. You will revive the following :A) unlimited wifiB) Live Tv (all Indian new old movie and to shows)C) fully furnished - dining table, lounger, beds,fridge,TV, washing machine,microwave and basic kitchen electronics.D) Train - 4 mins walk, Harris park - 5 mins and Westfield mall is 6 mins walk and parra CBD is 2 mins walk.Rent - single $300 pw and couple - $350
