Short term temporary accommodation is available for female in University city (19104) and 10-20 mins to center city. It is a furnished 1Bdrm/1bath apartment. Rent would be 250$ for the whole time including utilities like WiFi internet, electricity and gas for cooking. Also avbl weekly basis for $100. I have been living there for some months and therefore the apartment is well furnished and well set (air conditioner in bedroom, with 2 couches, bed, all the kitchen appliances like Microwave, mixer, coffee maker, etc and also utensils – you can use all of them). Paid laundry is in the basement. Indian and grocery stores are just 4 blocks away. It is a safe location (42nd street) and the building has secured entry. Septa to center city is right in front to the building. The apartment is best for girls/women coming looking for short term with no lease
