The house is approx. 7 km to Deakin University (accessible via tram and bus), close to three major Shopping Centres and Glen Waverley or Nunawading Railway Station within 7 mins drive, 200m walk to Vermont South Shopping Centre (has all amenities), walkable to several bus stops enroute to Deakin University, Box Hill Station, Knox Shopping Centre, Glen Waverley Station, Nunawading Station, Forest Hill, Eastland Shopping Centre, Chadstone Shopping Centre, Brandon Park Shopping Centre and Monash University Clayton. Rooms will be available (negotiable) and are furnished (bed, chair, desk) with built-in wardrobes. Pick up from airport for international/interstate guests can be arranged for an additional charge.
