I’m looking for female flat-mate(s) to share the 2nd bedroom of an semi-furnished 2 BHK 6th Floor flat in the Golden Palms Society located near Datta Mandir, Wakad, facing Island Society. It is suitable for single occupancy. I will be the sole occupant of the other bedroom. The renewed agreement will take effect from 1st Nov,16. However, the flat is ready for occupation from 24th Oct.The flat is equipped with fans and light fittings with conveniently located plug points. The flat has separate bathrooms with continuous running water and also has a common wash area. The kitchen has modular storage shelves. The hall leads to a balcony that overlooks the Island Society and provides a great view.
