Hi there, I have one double room available from October 2017. My whole flat has been fully redecorated, and newly furnished to high standards (all IKEA furniture). I Have had one short term tenant only so room is still as new with new bed with memory foam mattress. I have accessorised the room slightly, so there are brand new bed covers, a brand new 4.5 tog duvet, and brand new pillows. The bedroom has a very large wardrobe that can be used for both clothing and storage. Great fibre optic broadband.I am looking for a responsible friendly female tenant only who is clean and tidy and will treat my flat as her own. No party animals or reckless students please. No pets, alcohol, pork or smoking. Halal meat only which is readily available locally. Masters or PhD student preferred/Asian/IndianGreat location: - Convenience stores and take-aways on the doorstep-20 minute walk to Leeds City Center, and Headingley- 7 minute walk to Leeds University - 25 minute walk to Kirkstall- 20 minute walk to 'Pure Gym'- Taxi base 2 minutes away - One stop shop 3 mins away Looking for a housemate who would be mindful of noise levels on evenings when talking/on mobile/skype/watching Netflix etc. and knows how to clean after themselves and actually clean after themselves (no leaving hairs in shower drain etc). You'd have your own space, privacy and kitchen space.Plenty of on street parking.I'm a very busy person hence looking for a no nonsense mature, responsible tenant.
