Hi, Nice and Cozy common room for rent, It's near the Orchid Country Club. It's well finished common room with excellent facilities. The room is not huge but it is fully furnished and has a, wardrobe, shelving and Mirror. The toilet is next to the room so only for tenant usage. We have a comfortable living area and small kitchen. The living area as a tv and wireless internet, and kitchen has all mod cons. It's 15 minutes away from the nearest MRT station (khatib/yishun), few bus-stops away. It's close to many other shops, coffee shops, Giant, Ntuc fair-price. Very near to schools and parks etc. we're also close to the expressways, traveling from Yishun Town to CTE, for instance, could save up to 10 minutes etc.Most of the time the owners will not be at home so you can expect more privacy. Both of us have busy careers and active social lives, so are not around all the time. So it is available for a long/short term rental. Please feel free to contact me for further discussions.
