We are an Indian couple offering to share 1 Bedroom in our 2 Bedroom House in Panania (Macarthur / Campbelltown Train Line). Panania is next Suburb after Revesby. 10 minute walk to the Station. 30 minute by Train to the City. Train Service every 15 minutes (Peak Hours) & 30 minutes (Off-Peak Hours). - Own bathroom. - Double Bed, Built in wardrobe. - High Speed Internet ADSL2+. - Fully Furnished - Washing Machine/ Microwave / Fridge/ Oven and furniture essentials. - Close to shops. We prefer an Indian female only. Students are welcome. Looking for a non-smoking /non-alcoholic and clean person. $160 per week including Gas, water, electricity and internet. Bond 2 weeks and rent weekly in advance.
