I have 1 room for rent. currently living in the house is myself 22 full time stuent, and my mother. we are Indian. The room comes with a queenside bed with furnishings like wardrobe and dresser. there is a bathroom that only you will be using. (ther emight be one other room that will be up for rent and that tenant will share your bathroom but for the time being, you have a bathroom to yourself. house included internet for the time being but may change as i pay for internet but might be moving out so internet can be discussed with yourself and the new tenant who takes my room. Parking available onstreet (driveway parking is taken by my mother) contact me for more details. looking to rent out the room asap.
