Hi there, We would like to offer 1 bed room in our 3 bed room brand new house to a paying guest. We are a small family from India and have 2 kids: 6 year old daughter and 2 year old son. The accommodation is available EFFECTIVE ASAP and we are very flexible and ideally looking for a student / single working professional who would like to stay in as an family member. The rent includes the following: - Furnished Room - Private bathroom for your exclusive use (essentials included) - Access to wi-fi - Access to laundry (essentials included) - Full use of common areas: bonus room, living room, deck and a huge backyard to relax, unwind and enjoy - Full access to groceries to prepare your meals - Provided with meals breakfast, lunch , dinner etc. subject to our family making them (as and when) and suitable to individual tastes and liking. Food: We are a family from North India and usually prepare very nutritious and healthy Indian meals (veg/ non-veg) with spices, healthy oil and whole wheat. Transportation: Street parking is available and there is the option to access public transport available within 4 minutes walk from the house. In addition, subject to the timing and schedule, ride can be available to and back from downtown.
