We have rented a 3BHK in Ignou Road, Saket and looking for 1 non gender specific flatmate. Rent along with utilities is in the range of INR 9~10K per month.Saket metro is about 5 minute walk and nearest market place is about 1 minute walk.The apartment has 3 Bedroom with private bath, kitchen and 2 balcony with drawing room. The apartment is in the 1st floor and has decent utilities, i.e., microwave, water purifier, wi-fi, fridge, television. We have also engaged a maid to cook twice a day and washing and cleaning purpose.Existing two (2) Flatmate's are regular smokers and social drinkers and non-vegeterian and working professional within the age bracket of 25~30.Interview is compulsory and looking for a working professional with long term sublet commitment.
