The rent for the bedroom is $475 and the rent for the dining room is $365. The dining room is private with curtains on two sides. There is a fan, heater and window in the dining room, also. The bedroom has balcony with sliding door, small closet, and heater.
There are 2 bathrooms so it is up to you which you want. Both can be shared.
About you: You should be clean (this means cleaning up after yourself in common areas), vegetarian (i.e. no meat is allowed in the home), easy-going (no drama please), and fun! =)
Generally, total utilities per person are $30-50 per month. This includes electricity, cable, internet, and common household items.
