I have a 2 BHK flat where there are currently two people. I stay in one bedroom and the other person lives in the hall. I would like to share the house with a 3rd person who will have a room of his own. The house is furnished and is in a society which is calm and quite. We have a reserved parking space.The kitchen has a stove and a fridge and we already have a maid for cooking. The bathrooms have water heaters as well.
The room will be vacant by 1st of November.
Flat Rent : 5000 (you) + 5000 (me) +3500 (person living in hall) = 13,500.
Deposit : 30,000 divided by 3 equals 10,000 rs each.
