we are 2 people living in a 3 bedroom flat. one room is available for rent. its furnished but does not have an AC. you will have to get yours. electricity fittings are in place though. all other facilities in the house are there like telephone, internet, invertor etc. we also have a full time servant for take care of house hold needs. we are alright with short term stay. call me for viewing this property.
