Hi, We have 3 bedroom house in Everton Park. We are looking for people to share the place.Please let me know if you would be interested and have any friends who could move in with you.The rent per person will be around $ 135p/w including all bills ( Electricity, water and Internet) and furnished house and the flatmates can pay their share each. The total rent for the house is $ 400p/w.We do have a washing machine in the common area.There are 2 Studio Apt on the ground floor which are currently occupied by Indian couples working. They have recently moved to Australia.Thank you.
