I live in a two bedroom two full bath apartment. I am looking for someone to move in from the first of January.
You will be living in a master bedroom with a private bathroom. The other room (where I will be living) is at the opposite end. Thus, you will have total privacy.

a) Fully furnished living room with a 65" big screen HDTV available. Kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and dryer inside the apartment itself.
b) Cox high speed internet and cable available.
c) A nice balcony available to chill.
d) A loft is also availble to keep the stuff that you won't be using everyday.This space also can be used as an extra bedroom or home office!! Thus, more space for you to use.
e) Located minutes away from the clocktower in Herndon, VA. Close to IAD, worldgate, fannie mae etc.,
f) Ample parking space. Very secure location.

a) Quiet clean working professional single male (28 years old)
b) I am a vegetarian and I only occasionally cook. I wouldn't mind if you eat meat as long as you clean up after yourself and are considerate!
