Hi,1 room in a semi furnished 2 BHK available for rent for a working female. The flat is on 1st floor, recently painted and well maintained. The kitchen comes with with shelves and trolleys.Building is near DC in magarpatta city.The available room has a double bed and the flat has gas pipeline, dining table and tv trolley. Flat has 3 balconies and a four wheeler covered parking.Tv, fridge, washing machine and gas stove is on rent for 1500 per month. This would have to split equally between me and the flatmate.Rent for the whole flat is 20,000. I will pay 11,000 rent (master bedroom) and rent for vacant room is 9,000, deposit 25,000 (fully refundable). Brokerage is applicable and would be 1 month's rent.Maid, electricity etc. would be extra. Possession from 1st Jan but could be earlier if required.
