The whole ambience is very positive and feels like home! It is in a very well maintained catholic society. 10 mins from malad station, 10 mins from inorbit mall, 5 mins to interface buildings, 15 mins to highway by road. Orlem is a very clean locality unlike the rest of malad and the apartment is clean as a mirror. It is furnished with flat screen tv, home theater, kitchen facility, maid, paper, wifi, dth in place...but you need to get your stuff like cupboard. The room I am renting out comes with an attached bathroom and it is the bigger of the two bedrooms. Looking for a chilled out flat mate. No brokers pls.
