Hi everyone,I am offering Master bedroom of my 4 bedroom house. Room is available from 2nd March, 2017. Room is fully furnished with attached toilet and bath, built in rob and bed (New Mattresses), side table and lamp. Kitchen will be shared with my family including Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven and dishwasher. House is very close to everything like CARDINIA ROAD TRAIN STATION with takes directly to City, Lakeside Primary Government School, Shopping center with Woolworth supermarket and buses. Everything u need is at ur doorstep. Also, indian grocery shop is close by and can help you with getting the goods from indian shop in my car for free.Rent is $170 weekly for single or couple $220 weekly plus bills (electricity, gas, Internet, water). Can fix the bills for 30 per week for single or 45 per week for couple. Address , Pakenham, Victoria-3810. Also, if required my Car is available at nominal weekly rent.We prefer somebody from INDIAN origin. PERSON MUST BE NON SMOKER, VEGETARIAN (eggs are allowed), NON DRINKER inside and around house.
