We are on the top most floor (18th) in a very quiet area near Punggol Promenade. Ours is a 5 room apartment with three bedrooms over looking the river/sea. We are an Indian family of 3 from Chennai (me, my husband-an IT professional and my son). The room we are letting out is a spacious single room with a beautiful view of the river/sea, furnished (queen sized bed, dresser, and a four door wardrobe), aircon, free wireless internet and free housekeeping. LRT, bus stop, supermarket, Kopitiam and other eateries by the riverside - all within 3 min walk. The room rent would be $ 900/month(weekly $250) inclusive of utilities.
