Apartment: It is a 2bed/2bath fully carpeted, approx. 1060 sq ft. My room has a closet, 2 wooden shelves beside the window and a mirror. The room is large enough to fit a full or queen size bed, a 6 drawer dresser,a book shelf and a small side table for a lamp. In addition to this you will have enough room to move around. The bath has a tub and is just across the room. Shared space will be the kitchen (has a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and a lot of cabinets), dining area, living area and a balcony. Washer-Dryer are in a separate room in the house. This apt is in a good community and a safe neighborhood. Bentley Univ. is 2.1miles, Brandeis Univ. is 2.8miles, Shaws is 1.4miles, Moody Street (majority of the Restaurants and Indian grocery stores on this street) is 1.8miles, CVS is 0.8miles, Main Street where Hannaford and other stores are is 1.4miles. I-95 north & south is 2.0miles and Waltham train station is 1.6miles away. Parking is available.
