For females only - with live in female landlord Lovely and bright big double room with lots of storage in clean and tidy family home.You will be living with the landlord who is a lovely and friendly Indian woman who enjoys new company and bit of a chit chat as well.The house boasts a big garden which is great for the summer months...a big kitchen dining area of you wish to have a friend around ...2 toilets ..bath and shower room.The house is in a great location close to shops and transports including 24 hour tube ..nearest tube station is Arnos Grove and nearest overground is New Southgate...both are less than 10 mins walk away. Shopping area is not far either only being 15 mins by bus or tube ...and very easy to get into central London. All bills included as well as monthly cleaner. We are looking for someone who is respectful of other people and their things...someone who is friendly clean and tidy.Room is available from now for females.
