I have one double room and a single room to let in a 3 bedroom house located in city center brisbane, . This is a suitable apartment, other rooms are used by me (professional). Rooms comes furnished with bed and wardrobe and chest of draws. All bills inclusive broadband, shared kitchen, lounge, lawn, garden etc. House-share would suit an Indian professional or mature student (non-smoker/non alcoholic). We’re looking for someone who is happy to be vegetarian/non vegetarian whilst at home. The Room is very clean, recently refurbished, well-lit and suitable for single occupancy. The house is in a peaceful street with its own private garden and a driveway in the front. It also has a large extended kitchen –dining room which is open plan with a Six-person dining table. A lovely pooja room.also provides opportunity for Hindu devotees There is a clean and modern spacious lounge / TV room, , Gas Central heating, floor heating Patio Doors, and a Private Garden. Local shopping: Walking distance to Indian grocery stores, Sainsbury,Tesco local Gym, bus stop etc *The location is a very easy commute to central brisbane: 2 minutes walk to any where you want to locate in the cit from my apartment- .
