We are flexible with the person who walks in as long as he/she has a good hygiene sense. All the basic and luxury amenities are there WIRELESS BROADBAND, TV , SKY, WASHING M/C, DISHWASHER. There are 2 w/c`s and 1 shower. House has its own parking for 2 cars, plus ample of free off street parking. Its got a beautiful garden area for bbq`s and a outdoor fish pond.
The house is in an excellent and convenient location of about 5 mins walk from Harrow & Wealdstone Station (direct trains to London Euston/Watford) and Harrow Town Centre/Northwick Park (Metropolitan line) and Kenton station (Bakerloo Line). There is a TESCO at 5 min walk. There are various fitness clubs around.
Now the ALL INCLUSIVE part. All the utility and food bills are included in your rent. All the groceries will be there for you cook yourself.. At present we all cook and dine together.
There is only one restriction. MEAT is not allowed in the house. You can eat it outside the house though.
