I am a civil engineering professional moving from NYC to Arlington, VA, looking for a private room preferably a quiet place with non-smokers and non-drinkers. I'm a workaholic guy, veggie in my food habits, so would be easy to get along. I will be working at downtown arlington (wilson blvd) looking for a room near a metro, as i don't have a car and don't plan to have one soon.
