Being a student and on budget, no luxury is required but the basic facilities such as a hall, bedroom with some furniture and other utilities, a furnished kitchen , bathroom/toilet and also rooms with proper supply of air, water, light and pleasant temperature are desired. These and a peaceful neighbourhood are essential for success in education. Finally, proximity to Cardiff University is favoured. As roommates, I do prefer to have someone who is friendly, honest, helpful. Being a overseas student, its good if the person is interactive and has a good sense of humour as that is crucial to keep someone occupied and remove loneliness in a distant country.
