has to be close to Dalhousie University.. (preferably within 10-15 mins walk to Dal).. need all the "must-have-amenities" in Canada.. heat, gas, wifi,power,water..PREFERRED but not a must.. provisions for cooking one's own meal (reason- i heard doing that makes living a lot cheaper in a foreign land).. toilet has to be in a good condition..
