Need a 1 bed room place, does not matter in what form it comes, studio or room. But the important condition is the other inmates of the place should cook vegetarian in the house- no objection to what they eat outside. May need the place until april or upto June end.The primary thing is that residents should have a good work/sudy background decent folks basically and vegetarian users of the kitchen, as I said their food habits dont matter at all unless they dont cook non vegetarian in the house.The room should be exclusive for my use. Expectation is 300 pounds, can bend that if place is in SW London (travel within 120 piunds) . 300 is okay for further places. Please clearly specify where you live when you conatct me.This apart there should be a rental agreement drawn up with the landlord for the place I stay, and I should be allowed to quit if I dont like the place, with notice of course.
